By profession, I'm a leader, problem-solver, and someone who enjoys making things work better. Outside of work, I have a passion for technology, music, and creating things of my own.
This website is a chance to share a little more about who I am beyond my professional résumé.
I'm happiest when I'm building something, exploring an idea through music, or helping people and teams grow. Sometimes I come across a story I think is worth sharing. And if any of that resonates, I'd love to hear from you.
Ideas brought to life
From original game worlds to practical software, these are projects I'm building and refining. Select a project to explore its goals, milestones, and examples.

I've been composing and publishing music for around 20 years, working across classical, folk, electronic, and rock. The studio is where instruments, software, and ideas come together.

The way I work
I believe leadership starts with listening. People do their best work when they know someone is paying attention, removing obstacles, and giving them room to succeed.
Across operations, technology, training, and sales, I've gravitated toward the same challenge: finding what's holding a team or process back, then doing the work to make it better. Sometimes the answer is technical. Sometimes it's a clearer process. Often, it starts with a conversation.
At Regus, I managed multiple business centers and focused on restoring client confidence, resolving long-standing service issues, and helping my team grow. One struggling center became a top performer, with a turnaround in client sentiment and stronger relationships built through consistent follow-through.
My technology experience has taught me to approach problems systematically, but my work with people has taught me that a solution isn't successful unless it works for the people who rely on it. I enjoy mentoring, explaining complicated things clearly, and building systems that make good work easier.
That same mindset carries into my personal projects: identify a real problem, build something useful, test it, learn, and keep improving.
Thoughts & Writing
Interesting stories, discoveries, and developments—and a little context on why they matter. More of a curated look at what's worth paying attention to than a collection of essays.
